Embroidery and Monogramming FAQs

Our embroidery services require a 12-piece minimum to ensure efficiency and quality. However, monogramming has no minimum, so you can order as few as one item. We aim to accommodate both small and large projects while maintaining consistency across all designs. If you’re unsure, our team can guide you on the best approach for your order size.

Turnaround times depend on the project, but most orders are completed quickly once the artwork is approved. For urgent requests, we also offer rush processing when possible, based on our current production schedule. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results on time without compromising craftsmanship.

Yes! Our team handles in-house logo digitization, converting your artwork into a stitch-ready embroidery file. This ensures the highest accuracy, clean detailing, and professional results. By keeping this process internal, we maintain better control over quality and quicker turnaround times for your orders.

We offer embroidery on a wide variety of products, including caps, polos, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, bags, towels, and sweatshirts. If you have a specific garment or accessory in mind, our team will confirm if it’s suitable for embroidery. We work with both personal and business branding needs to make your items stand out.

Yes, we carry a large selection of stock thread colors to ensure your designs match your branding as closely as possible. If you have specific Pantone codes or color references, we’ll do our best to find the closest match. Consistency is important to us, and we make sure your logo or design looks sharp and on-brand.

For the best embroidery results, we recommend vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF formats. However, we can also work with high-resolution PNGs or JPGs if needed. Our design team will review your file and make adjustments if necessary to ensure your artwork translates perfectly into embroidery.

Absolutely! We can provide a sew-out sample upon request so you can review the quality and design before production begins. This ensures that colors, placement, and details meet your expectations. Getting approval beforehand helps us guarantee accurate and professional results for your final order.

Yes, you can mix sizes and compatible garment types in the same order as long as the embroidery design remains the same. This makes it easy to outfit teams, staff, or groups with different size requirements. Our team will help you organize your order to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
