10:9 Design was founded in 2009 by DeWayne and Jamie Kelley as an extension of their passion for serving others. What began inside a local church as a way to support children’s and youth ministries soon grew into a business dedicated to helping organizations communicate their message through custom apparel and promotional products. Because our company was born out of ministry, we understand the unique needs, timelines, budgets, and challenges that churches, Christian schools, and faith-based organizations face every day.
As DeWayne and a team of ministry volunteers brainstormed names for the new business, the conversation naturally turned to Romans 10:9—DeWayne’s favorite Bible verse. That verse became the inspiration behind the name 10:9 Design and continues to serve as a reminder that our faith isn’t just part of our story—it’s the foundation for how we serve our customers, conduct business, and pursue excellence.
What started as a small custom apparel and graphic design business in Abilene has grown into a trusted printing and promotional products partner serving customers across Texas and throughout the United States. Since our founding, we’ve produced more than one million custom apparel items and helped thousands of organizations promote their brands, celebrate their communities, raise funds, and tell their stories.

Simply put, we strive to do everything in our lives and in business to the Glory of God. The message of Christ is Love and we take that message seriously. We realize that how we conduct ourselves in business and with our clients must reflect on the love that Christ modeled for us in His ultimate sacrifice.
So…what’s in a name? For us everything!
We do not try to force our faith on anyone and we do not discuss matters of faith with our clients unless they want to. We simply use our name as a Statement of Faith and as a measure of accountability in our business practices.
